August 2026: Patients can share a result with an organisation

Patients can now share a result directly with an organisation, with an expiry they choose and the ability to revoke it at any time. Alongside that, August was a month of making the things you use every day faster and more consistent: the portal's lists and tables have been rebuilt on a common foundation, and Settings gained visibility into payouts and your integration traffic.

Patient-initiated result sharing

A patient can now share one of their own results with an organisation, from their Shared results page. It works the same way for results from an order and for results they uploaded themselves.

  • Pick the organisation by email. Enter the organisation's email address and we resolve it to the organisation, then show you who you're about to share with so you can confirm before anything is disclosed.
  • Set how long it lasts. Choose an expiry date, or a duration, at the time of sharing.
  • Revoke at any time. The Shared results page lists everything currently shared and who it's shared with, and access ends the moment it's revoked.

On the organisation side, shared results arrive in a dedicated Shared with me section — deliberately separate from the results your organisation ordered, so the two are never confused. Access is governed by its own View shared results capability, which you grant through Roles & Permissions. A member can be allowed to see the results you ordered without seeing patient-shared ones, or the other way around.

This is rolling out progressively.

A refreshed portal

Results, Referrals, Clients, Test Bundles, Catalogue, Members, Optimal Ranges, Invoices and Settings have all moved onto the same page and table framework. In practice that means:

  • Consistent filtering, sorting and paging on every list, instead of each page behaving slightly differently.
  • Search on referrals, so you can find one without paging through the list.
  • A shared page header and tabs across every section, so navigation sits in the same place wherever you are.
  • Standardised status badges and notifications, so a status means the same thing and looks the same on every screen.

We also fixed page ordering on the Invoices table when changing page size, and tightened up sidebar spacing across the portal.

Payouts, webhooks and API activity in Settings

Settings now includes three new views:

  • Payouts — what has been paid out to your organisation, and when.
  • Webhooks Log — the webhook deliveries we've attempted, so you can see what your endpoint received without asking us.
  • API Log — recent API calls made with your organisation's credentials.

Invoices also now show your full invoice history along with the date each invoice was paid, rather than only the most recent stretch.

Preferred Partner pricing now reaches your buy pages

If your organisation is on a Preferred Partner discount, that discount appeared on every internal price surface — but not on your public buy pages, in either the displayed price or the amount charged. It does now, and the amount matches what you're invoiced elsewhere.

Where a discounted price can't be confirmed, the page falls back to list price rather than showing a stale one. A customer can only ever miss a discount they were owed; they can never be charged more than the price shown.

Delete a result you uploaded yourself

If you've uploaded your own results and picked the wrong file, you can now delete it yourself. Previously this needed a support request.

Deleting removes the result from your record along with the upload it came from, and withdraws any access you had granted to it at the same moment. It only applies to results you uploaded — results from an order stay part of your record.

Semen analysis orders now carry the collection letter

Orders that include a semen analysis now have the phlebotomist letter attached to the order-ready email, alongside the usual information sheet. Previously it had to be sent separately.

For assistant and MCP integrations

The Eirly MCP server gained three tools:

  • get_referral_document — the pathology form for a pending referral.
  • get_result_document — the report for a completed result.
  • get_my_profile — the profile details of the signed-in person.

The assistant can also now see which tests a referral covers, the biomarkers expected from them, and which tests are complete versus still pending — so questions like "what am I still waiting on?" get a real answer.

Smaller fixes

  • Invitation screens now show the real name of the role you've been invited into, rather than a placeholder.
  • The Resend verification email action is back on the referrals list.
  • An expired or already-used verification link now shows a clear message instead of spinning indefinitely.
  • Webflow stores can save their settings again.
